Vape Town are an e-cigarette and e-liquid vape retailer looking for a sales advisor to join our team in our Stony Stratford store. Vape Town serve thousands of customers daily from our online vape shop and our vape stores in Bedfordshire, Devon, Buckinghamshire, Dorset and Somerset.
The role:
As a sales advisor at Vape Town you will be responsible for opening and closing the store each day, serving customers and delivering the very best customer service. This role is for our Stony Stratford store which is located on Church Street in Stony Stratford.
Other day to day tasks involve:
-Stocktacking
-Merchandising
-Daily housekeeping
-Receiving in deliveries
-Stock replenishment
The hours of work:
You will be contracted to work 40 hours per week across 5 days.
Our Stony Stratford store is open from 10am until 6pm Monday to Saturday, and is closed on Sundays.
Our store is open on bank holidays and applicants must be able to work weekends and bank holidays.
Training:
We provide full comprehensive training in store which depending on your knowledge of vaping will take around 4 weeks. Knowledge of vaping is preferred but not necessary. A strong background in customer facing roles is also prefered along with experience of working within a retail environment.
