Summary
With continued growth, we are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our busy, friendly finance team to perform daily accounting and administrative tasks.
Work Duties / Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Invoice processing – validate invoices against items or services received.
- Issue invoices to customers based on services rendered and/or goods sold.
- Key data into company accounting system
- Check all financial transactions for accuracy
- Liaising with clients and suppliers.
- Reconciling account differences
- Reconciling outstanding purchase and sales orders
- Booking flights and Hotels of engineers
- Service renewal calendar
- Carbon footprint data collection
Requirements / Key Skills
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Analytical thinker and problem solver.
- Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software.
- High level of accuracy.
- Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
- Administrative skills.
- Experience with accounting systems preferable.

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
